Edward Barinque
Edward Barinque has trained since 1975 in a variety of martial arts such as Judo, Tae Kwon Do, Shorin-ryu, Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do and Filipino Martial Arts. He has taught numerous seminars and classes on self-defense since 1994 to both private groups and corporations. He is affiliated with the world famous IMB Academy of Torrance, California.
Assaults on individuals occur every single day. All people, regardless of gender are responsible for their own safety and protection. They must have at the very least a basic knowledge of how to defend themselves if they become victims.
Martial Arts Skill Development-Training Programs (MASDT) was created by Edward Barinque in 1994 to promote martial arts as a whole and to teach basic martial arts and self-defense skills to non-martial artists. He feels that these skills can empower individuals and help to reduce their chances of becoming victims.

SeanTiwanak
Spirit, creativity, passion. These three words are personified by singer / songwriter Sean (Kaneali’i) Tiwanak. Born and raised on the island of O’ahu, Sean is a graduate of the Kamehameha Schools class of 1985. Growing up during the 70’s and 80’s, Sean experienced a broad musical diet (plays ukulele, guitar and piano) and over the past 30 years in music, continues to grow and develop as an artist, performer and songwriter.
Sean’s first locally released CD “Home To Me”, released in 2007, is an artistic statement about his life, blending contemporary pop and contemporary Hawaiian music. Originally created at a time when he was uncertain if he was going to survive his battle with heart failure; Sean made this CD so his family and friends could gain a better understanding of the man within.
Sean has several years of experience in the recording industry from his years spent on the East and West Coast of the of the mainland. During that time, he created numerous tracks and produced a CD, “Better Days” that was placed into limited release on the West Coast. Several tracks from that project are being reworked for a future release.

Al Waterson
Al Waterson is a professional Singer, Emcee, Actor and Recording Artist. Al's extensive background in music includes performing throughout Hawaii, on the mainland and in the Philippines. He was a featured singer in many concerts and performed with big bands and orchestras under the leadership of legendary bandleaders, Del Courtney and Willie Barton.
As an actor, Al has had many parts in the Hawaii-based television series, "Hawaii Five-0", "Magnum P.I.", and "North Shore", numerous parts in commercials and has done a large amount of television and radio voice-over work. Al's experiences as an emcee range from national conventions, the Governor's Inaugural Ball, celebrity events for people such as singer, Al Green and tennis star, Billie Jean King, the 2007 Narcissus Festival, many black tie events and wedding receptions. Al had recorded a duet with a major star in the Philippines which was marketed internationally. In Hawaii, he released a solo album consisting of ten love songs entitled "Songs in The Key of Love". He was privileged to record an original song written by world famous pianist, Martin Denny.
Al entertains at Don Ho's Island Grill at The Aloha Tower Marketplace on Sunday evenings, 6 p.m. til 9 p.m. Al Waterson's incredible vocal ability and fun personality combined with a truly professional style create an overall entertainer who is able to please all ages and all types of people.
